Library Borrowing Policies
Any person from the Oregon Health & Science University Library who
wishes to obtain or renew a PORTALS Pass must provide the following
identification:
Students:
OHSU photo ID with term sticker and Library barcode.
Faculty:
OHSU photo ID with Library barcode - no sticker or expiration date.
Staff:
OHSU photo ID with Library barcode - no sticker or expiration date.
Other (special cases):
none.
