Portland Community College Library Borrowing PoliciesAny person from Portland Community College who wishes to obtain or renew a PORTALS Pass must provide the following identification:Students:
Identification may be white or blue, depending on the year of issue, but all current students will have a term sticker that indicates the current term and year. We will honor all transactions during term breaks. Faculty:
Faculty should have a current PCC card (again color may vary) with a current year PORTALS sticker affixed to card. Staff:
Same as Faculty. Other (special cases):
PCC provides basic administrative services for three Community College Service Districts (CCSD). Through affiliation with PCC each can offer accredited classes. PCC libraries offer full walk-in privileges to the districts and have worked with each college to package library services. These students can be verified with a call to PCC. They are: Tillamook Bay Community College, Columbia Gorge Community College and Klamath Community College. No Privileges (otherwise "valid" ID cards which do NOT qualify for a
PORTALS Pass):
